I am so angry! I just got scammed! I accepted a courier mission into low security. I dropped my cargo off at the station next out and went to check it out. Sure enough, there was a bubble at the gate. Well, I got by the bubble but when I tried to dock at the station - they denied me access!!!!
Now, I would not have cried if they shot me down fair and square - but I got BY THE #%!# and then they deny me access to the station?
Any way around this so I can deliver my cargo or is this the worst scam ever?
Can I get an alt to deliver it and then close it?
Thanks - I really don't want to loose this collateral like this because it is totally a cheat as far as I am concerned. Sounds like these guys have no confidence in their skills and so they deny access to make sure nobody can complete the contract!!!!
THanks for the help. I just hate to go down like this - it ain't sporting one bit as far as I am concerned! Wow, am I angry. Like I said, have skills - shoot me down will ya. I won't cry. But to do a cowardly thing like this bites.

Here is the deal... I could complete it. I would have. But I had never heard of this cowardly scam before.
How can you tell if it is a player owned station?

Would you think they deny access to everyone?
Another thing I noticed. I am learning a lot today! LOL Well, that is what this game is - hard lunks and learning.
Many others failed but a few succeeded. I am wondering how they got into station and if they just deny those that come in when they are doing their bubbles?
I accept my defeat and don't cry, but I think this is a cowardly way to go about it. Just my opinion. I now know to look more carefully.

I just have to accept the fact that I was scammed and have done with it. Maybe hang around and haunt their system warning everyone that comes in for a month LOL.
Cowards.
Thanks for the help all. I was SO hoping to be able to finish this and not loose. I see now that I can't. Am out of luck.

Yes, you all are right and I thank you!
I still think they are cowards of the worst degree, but I have to move on!
I far more respect someone who will fight me head-to-head and take their lunks as I will take mine, with grace and honor.
But then again, I guess I am an odd nut because I really really think being brave is a INCREDIBLE, whether you win or loose! At least you come to the fight and give it your all! These people... ehhh, they are just cowards.
Okay, I am officially over it! Thanks! And lesson learned! Now back at it to make up my losses! LOL |
